We want you to be 100% happy with each and every purchase you make from Martha's Homestore. If there is any problem at all with the item/s you receive from us, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Please try and do this within 30 days of the date of purchase, if at all possible.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then do our best to put things right.
