First published in 1952, this is a revised edition of The Observer's Book of Ships, dating from 1953. This interesting little reference book has 236 illustrations in total and has information on merchant ships, fishing vessels, warships and sailing ships.
The dust jacket is badly torn but the boards and spine of the book are in very good condition.
Very collectible and a great gift for the ship lover or to use as a styling prop.
