This is a lovely pair of vintage French oil and vinegar holders by the Gres Du Marais pottery. This pottery produced artisanal stoneware, originating in the 1970’s, characterised by a rustic, chic style, speckled beige glazing and high-temperature firing and was often hand-thrown.
This rustic pair has a light beige glaze, speckled with a darker brown. In great condition with no chips or cracks, this oil and vinegar pair makes a really useful addition to your kitchen, as well as looking very attractive on an open shelf or on a dining table.
