Such a pretty vintage Torquay Ware preserves dish! With its scalloped edge and beautiful hand-painted design, this little dish will make a lovely addition to your breakfast table, and will look great only when not in use.
The outer base and handle have a dark brown glaze whilst the inside of the dish has a subtle neutral glaze with a green and blue abstract floral design of a Lily of the Valley. There’s also a matching blue ‘frill’ around the scalloped edge.
In very good condition, with just a couple of nibbles on the rim (see all photos).
